Wow a DD, I am so honored! I thought I would share a little more about this since so many people are getting the chance to see it. The models name is Markie. There are many other photos of her in my DA generally titled Markie ##
This was shot on a Canon 24mm 1.4LII with a profoto ringflash with the silver extension. I used a wide lens and got in closer than normal to get the exaggerated head size but more importantly to get the weird shadows. With the ringflash so close and such a wide lens the multiple shadows created from every angle were visible behind her. They were so blurred and crazy. None of that was done in PS.
